    Good job with the bibliography (I think it's a European thing to capitalise authors, but the main thing is consistency, so it you do some, you should do 'em all).

    Italicise the published titles to for differentiation.

    If you can't find the place of publication for New Riders books, an online search for the publisher may be needed to winnow out the information: currently, the owners of the New Riders imprint, Peachpit Press, seem to be based in San Francisco (look at the footer on the pages of the Peachpit Press website).
